The Business Location Center is a project of the Berlin Partner for Business and Technology, the Economic Development Corporation and City Marketing for Berlin. Berlin Partner offers economic and technology funding for companies, investors and scientific institutions in Berlin. The Business Location Center’s showroom can be found on the 1st floor of the Ludwig Erhard House in Berlin-Charlottenburg.

In view of the extraordinary circumstances and the dramatic effects of the containment measures, the Berlin economy has proven to be creative and resilient in times of crisis and, in this exceptional year, has once again delivered results that allow us to look to the future with optimism.
In 2020, Berlin Partner supervised 262 projects which will generate 6,866 new jobs at an investment volume of about 872 million euros. Berlin Partner has attracted 80 companies (41 of them from abroad) to Berlin and has been able to register 108 new settlement projects. There are 48 interested parties from abroad, with companies from the USA making up by far the largest share, followed by Chinese and Japanese firms.
