GASAG Solution Plus GmbH, as part of the GASAG Group, is a nationwide energy services company and a pioneer of transformation. We are committed to climate-friendly heating, cooling, and energy supply, and we are implementing the energy and heating transition where it happens: at our customers' premises. 

Together with them, we develop customized solutions that concretely implement their individual path to a fossil-free future. We integrate and modernize existing generation plants into renewable heat systems or replace them in favor of a comprehensive, climate-friendly solution.  We plan and implement reliably and on schedule, and we keep our long-term supply promises. 

We are already focusing on innovative concepts, such as the use of data center waste heat for new and existing properties. The Pallasseum, a listed apartment building from the 1970s, is one of them. It shows that the heating transition is possible even without extensive renovation and at affordable prices. This makes it a blueprint for the energy transition in existing buildings.
