CleanTech Business Park Berlin-Marzahn

The capital's largest industrial area (GI) has been created on an area of 90 hectares in the north-east of Berlin, in the heart of the future location CleanTech Marzahn – specifically geared towards manufacturing companies from the CleanTech sector.

The sector includes the technology fields of environmentally friendly energy, sustainable mobility, circular economy, sustainable water management, raw material and material efficiency and green chemistry.

The areas in the CleanTech Business Park are allocated under heritable building rights.

Benefit from the advantages of a unique site:

Room for growth:
CleanTech Business Park provides companies with tailored solutions and individual floor space sizes — for young clean tech companies and for established industrial companies alike.

Best conditions:
As an industrial area close to the city centre, CleanTech Business Park makes possible any industrial process for companies — particularly those subject to federal emissions regulation.

Smart neighbourhood:
There are 2,500 companies at Berlin eastside, a nearby business park. The newly established TransferHUB Marzahn facilitates networking of on-site companies with HTW Berlin, a university for the applied sciences.

Convenient transportation:
The district Marzahn-Hellersdorf is ideally integrated into the city’s transportation network — BER Airport, the motorway access, and the central station are a less-than-30-minute drive away.

How to get here

B 158, B 1, B 5A, A 114 and A 11
