The Becker & Kries group of companies has been a firm partner of the Berlin real estate industry for over 75 years and has many years of experience in the development and maintenance of residential and commercial properties.

Under the umbrella of the family foundation, our group of companies unites the entire real estate cycle from project development to asset management and property management. Coupled with our short decision-making paths, this enables us to realise customised solutions for our customers and partners.

Our around 150 colleagues in Berlin, Augsburg and Vancouver take care of our diverse properties. These include, for example, the historic listed Goerz-Höfe in Friedenau, the new Forum Seestraße building in Wedding, subsidised housing in Gesundbrunnen and refurbished old buildings on Kurfürstendamm. Our portfolio also includes new buildings in the state of Brandenburg, the deuter business park in Augsburg and industrial light properties in Vancouver.
