Those who want to start a business need appropriate infrastructure and instantly available office premises. With comparably low location costs and plenty of available space, Berlin provides startups with excellent starting conditions.

Furthermore, Berlin has the largest variety of coworking spaces in Germany. Coworking spaces are an ideal alternative for young startups that can’t afford their own offices yet. They moreover offer a good opportunity for exchange or to find new employees. 

University startup centers

The universities and large institutions of higher education in Berlin support young entrepreneurs with their own incubation centers, networks and startup workshops partly serving as research-based startup incubators.
