Berlin's libraries are nexuses of modern media culture. All of Berlin's public libraries are affiliated with the Association of Public Libraries in Berlin (Verbund Öffentlicher Bibliotheken Berlins - VÖBB).
An annual fee of just 25 Euros grants users access to over 100 libraries throughout the city. Their holdings can be searched through the unified OPAC Online Catalog
