With 13 distinct areas, Pankow has developed into a "city" within the German capital.
The district along the Panke covers an area of 10,301 hectares and has almost 348,000 inhabitants. Pankow is an extremely dynamic district with a lot of green areas, wide-ranging cultural activities and the potential to develop.

The focal points of its non-homogenous commercial framework are both expandable and forward-looking.
