EU Initiative "Excellence in Innovation"

Berlin has been chosen as a location for the EU Initiative "Excellence in Innovation" for information and communication technologies. The participating organizations in the capital are the Technical University of Berlin (TU Berlin), the Fraunhofer Society, the German Research Foundation for Artificial Intelligence (Deutsches Forschungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz - DFKI), Siemens, the software company SAP and Deutsche Telekom. The center is located on the Charlottenburg Campus of the TU Berlin.
